EAB Career Center, part of EAB, is seeking a Senior Director of Digital Fundraising Strategy to partner with business development as the expert in digital fundraising and Advancement marketing. You will translate institutional priorities into differentiated digital engagement plans, shaping capital and comprehensive campaigns for higher education partners.

Based in Philadelphia, Washington, DC, or Richmond, VA, this role requires regular in‑person presence in the office two to three days per

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 8–10+ years in digital marketing, fundraising strategy, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital fundraising, paid media and donor journeys.
• Ability to translate complex strategies for senior leaders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic digital fundraising advisor to business development teams.
• Act as subject‑matter expert in digital fundraising and Advancement marketing.
• Translate goals into differentiated digital engagement and fundraising strategies.
• Participate in discovery, proposals, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and strategy teams to ensure feasible solutions.
