Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Quality & Stars. Remote role reporting to Senior Medical Director, with responsibility to shape technology roadmaps that improve quality measures and payer programs.

You will lead a cross-functional team including product managers, Epic analysts, and engineers to translate clinical goals into scalable technology solutions, driving safety, patient experience, and contract performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred.
• Experience leading healthcare technology product management across value-based care and EHR environments.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and frontline teams to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technology product strategy and execution for Quality & STARS.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team including product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers.
• Ensure end-to-end design and integration of care pathways with Epic workflows.
