Qualifications

• Executive presence to communicate with senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
• Epic EHR workflows and healthcare technology expertise.
• Experience with Value-Based Care (VBC) and Fee-for-Service (FFS) environments.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams delivering clinical technology programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to align Health Maintenance topics with current clinical guidelines and governance.
• Lead end-to-end Stars strategy and ensure data integration into the core care delivery platform.
• Serve as strategic partner for CVS HCD business stakeholders on care model strategy.
• Drive cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions enabling care model execution.
• Establish shared metrics tying technology investments to clinical quality and financial performance.
• Oversee technology design, requirements translation, and Epic/tech architectures.
