CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Digital Product for Quality & Stars to drive technology strategy and Epic-driven workflows that improve quality measures and payer programs, partnering with clinical and operational leaders to shape end-to-end technology roadmaps that enhance patient outcomes and experience.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team including product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers to ensure scalable, safe, and high-quality

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations and enterprise EHR programs (Epic).
Experience partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, or value-based care organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead technology product strategy and execution for quality & stars programs.
Oversee end-to-end Epic integration and data workflows.
Build and mentor a cross-functional product team.
Drive measurable clinical quality and financial outcomes.
