Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Quality & Stars. You will shape technology strategy for value-based care programs, lead a multidisciplinary team, and partner with clinical and business leaders to deliver scalable Epic-enabled dashboards and insights.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (specifically Epic).
Responsibilities
- Strategic partnerships: align health maintenance topics with updated clinical guidelines and governance.
- Lead end-to-end strategy for Stars programs, ensure payer files are loaded, and drive performance improvements with care teams.
- Oversee end-to-end technology design, translate requirements into Epic build, and ensure robust architectures.
- Ensure integration between external data and internal Epic workflows to provide real-time clinician insights.
