Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Quality & Stars, Remote US, reporting to Senior Medical Director. You will shape product strategy, lead a multidisciplinary team, and drive performance in Medicare Stars and related quality programs.

You will partner with clinical and business leaders to translate vision into scalable technology roadmaps, ensuring safety, patient experience, and strong contract performance. Prior experience with Epic is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
Proven history partnering with care networks to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end strategy for Stars across Part C & D measures and ensure payer files are integrated.
Oversee end-to-end technology design and Epic/technology architectures for clinical interventions.
Provide executive-level leadership to cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and data scientists.
Establish shared outcome metrics with business leaders and ensure technology investments drive clinical quality and financial performance.
Foster a high-performing product team and a culture of curiosity and accountability.
