Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy for Quality & STARS and drive performance.
• Oversee cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Epic Analysts, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Designers.
• Translate clinical and program vision into scalable technology roadmaps and architectures.
• Ensure integration between external data sources and Epic workflows for real-time insights.
