Job summary
CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Quality & Stars. You will guide the technology product strategy across health maintenance topics, payer programs, and Stars measures, partnering with clinical and business leaders to shape end-to-end pathways that improve patient outcomes within Epic-driven workflows.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and Epic implementation
- Proven track record partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, and value-based care organizations
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy for Stars and health maintenance topics across payers and platforms
- Translate clinical/ program vision into scalable Epic-based roadmaps
- Oversee end-to-end technology lifecycle and measurement of outcomes
- Foster cross-functional teams including PMs, engineers, data scientists and designers
