Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to work with Forward Deployed Engineers, GTM, and Product teams to deploy ElevenAgents for enterprise customers. You’ll synthesize complex workflows, identify high-impact use cases, and drive successful outcomes with strategic customers.

You will partner with customer teams to design deployments, structure terms, and ensure production readiness, while collaborating across regions and industries to expand ElevenLabs’ AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Comfort with deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and enterprise sales cycles.
• Proficiency with Python and API integration for prototyping and demos.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving to simplify complex technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points in customer-facing and operational workflows powered by AI agents.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end—from identifying the use case to structuring terms and driving to close.
• Embed yourself with strategic customers and deliver outcomes as part of their team.
• Identify high-impact use cases by engaging with customer problems and workflows, then collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to implement them.
• Guide customers on best deployment practices for our products, including agent design, orchestration, and production readiness.
• Explore applications in new industries and expand ElevenLabs' AI solutions globally across sectors.
• Present results and proposals to audiences from technical teams to C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with Research to feed field insights back into the platform and models and shape the roadmap.
• Build and deliver demos of ElevenAgents and related AI tech to new and existing customers.
• Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure production deployment and measurable outcomes.
