Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Senior Director of Deal Management to drive operational project delivery across multiple sectors and lead a client-service team in developing and executing strategic transactions. The role emphasizes business development, mentorship, and effective collaboration with senior clients to create value.

You will contribute to practice development and help grow a high-performing team while navigating complex integration and divestiture scenarios, including leveraging AI tools

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~7 years of related work experience.
MBA is preferred.
Significant M&A management consulting experience.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into insights.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage operationally focused projects across diverse sectors.
Direct client service teams to develop and execute transaction strategies.
Develop business and practice areas, and mentor team members to support career growth.
