Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, seeks a Senior Director in Deal Management to lead operational projects across sectors. You will steer client service teams, develop strategies for transactions, and drive business development initiatives while mentoring colleagues to reach their career goals.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage complex integrations, and collaborate with senior clients. The role emphasizes leadership, analytical rigor, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 8 years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant M&A management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
