Job summary

Bridgewell seeks a Director of Day Habilitation Operations to oversee multiple day habilitation programs, ensuring compliance with Mass Health, DDS, CARF and Bridgewell policies. The role includes budgeting, staff supervision, and collaboration with clinical teams to support individuals in our care.

The position requires strong leadership, clinical understanding, and a proven track record in budget oversight and program management within developmental disability services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred with 3–5 years supervising people with developmental disabilities.
• Bachelor's degree required with 5–7 years experience with developmental disabilities.
• 3–5 years of supervisory and team leadership experience.
• 3–5 years of budget management experience.
• Understanding clinical needs of the people served.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to Day Habilitation Program Managers to ensure performance standards.
• Oversee staffing patterns and recruitment for day programs.
• Develop staff through coaching, mentoring and training.
• Collaborate with clinical team on intake, referrals and transfers.
