Bridgewell, based in Danvers, MA, seeks a Day Program Supervisor to oversee Day Habilitation and Employment programs for people with disabilities. You will supervise staff, coordinate trainings, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting individuals in achieving skills and independence.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and knowledge of CARF standards; willingness to collaborate with clinical teams and community providers.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent direct care leadership experience.
• Direct care supervisory experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Day Habilitation/Employment regulations and CARF standards.
• Ability to supervise staff to performance standards and handle budget oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise direct care staff and conduct monthly coaching sessions.
• Provide interim coverage as needed and support program management.
• Lead development and oversight of ISP/DHSP and ensure timely documentation.
• Maintain staff certifications and coordinate trainings; support budget adherence.
• Serve as liaison with Clinical Team and community providers.
