Job summary

Bridgewell seeks a Program Manager to oversee a Day Habilitation program for people with disabilities. Responsibilities include staff supervision, training, and coordination of services to meet program objectives.

The role requires ensuring compliance with CARF and Mass Health standards, plus budget oversight and inter-agency collaboration. The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with responsibilities spanning clinical coordination and staff development within a supportive Bridgewell

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Day Habilitation regulations and CARF standards.
• Experience with behavior management and human rights.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain certifications and ensure staff certifications remain current.
• Provide leadership and foster a cohesive team environment.
• Oversee annual assessments to determine skill levels.
• Ensure documentation meets Mass Health regulations and timelines.
• Oversee data collection and reporting.
• Support referrals and service development with Clinical Team.
