Job summary

Bridgewell seeks a Day Program Supervisor to oversee daily operation of a Day Habilitation/Employment program for individuals with disabilities. You will supervise staff, coordinate activities, and ensure timely case management and training delivery.

Responsibilities include developing ISP/DHSP, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with the Clinical Team. Strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and driving duties are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred OR Associate's degree with 2+ years' direct care experience OR high school diploma with 3-5 years in direct care.
• Previous supervisor/leadership experience is highly preferred.
• Direct care experience includes understanding clinical needs of people served.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct care staff and conduct monthly coaching meetings.
• Provide interim coverage during Day Program Manager absences as directed.
• Lead team to create a cohesive program environment.
• Oversee the development and implementation of ISP and/or DHSP.
• Ensure documentation is completed timely and meets regulatory requirements.
• Assist with data collection and program metrics.
• Ensure annual evaluations and goal tracking for staff.
• Coordinate referrals and services with Clinical Team; manage site relations.
• Maintain program budget within allowed spending; liaison with providers.
• Maintain site compliance with regulations (CARF, Mass Health, DDs).
