Slalom is seeking a Director of Data Systems & Platforms to lead market-facing initiatives within the Data & AI practice in the United States. You will drive demand, shape complex data solutions, and partner with account teams to deliver measurable client outcomes across cloud platforms.

You will own the sales-to-delivery lifecycle, build repeatable offerings, and mentor practitioners while aligning delivery with business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering/architecture or related consulting roles.
• Experience supporting sales motions including opportunity qualification and proposals.
• Proven success in developing scalable offerings and driving profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Generate demand and support sales growth for data offerings.
• Lead discovery, shaping, estimation, and proposals for complex pursuits.
• Create repeatable offerings and go-to-market assets aligned to client needs.
• Build value propositions and roadmaps linking data investments to outcomes.
• Mentor practitioners and coordinate cross-capability teams.
