Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a small Preconstruction team of analysts and managers.
• Collaborate with project teams to evaluate data center development projects during preconstruction.
• Create and maintain conceptual project budgets and schedules from schematic or feasibility level documents.
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering studies to identify savings.
• Maintain budgets and communicate variances to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance on financial models and risk assessments.
• Lead process improvements across the department.
