Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in construction, business or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of preconstruction experience.
• Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously in preconstruction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small Preconstruction team of analysts and managers.
• Coordinate with project teams to evaluate data center development during preconstruction.
• Create and maintain conceptual budgets and schedules from schematic or feasibility documents.
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to identify savings.
• Maintain budgets and develop variance summaries as design evolves.
• Analyze construction documents for project requirements compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to develop strategies, manage risks, and ensure success.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input to stakeholders.
• Build relationships with general contractors and design partners.
• Work with Finance to develop financial models and support decision making.
• Lead process improvement initiatives across the department.
