Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Director of Finance to lead financial analytics and project costing for its data center build portfolio. You will partner with Data Center Construction and Development to establish cost structures, benchmarks, and forecasting methodologies across the build lifecycle.

This role builds a cost intelligence capability to improve capital efficiency and inform leadership on cost performance, design choices, and long‑term operating costs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction finance, project controls, or related fields.
• Experience managing large capital budgets (typically $100M+).
• Familiarity with GC/EPC contracts and cost variance analysis.
• Bachelor's in finance, accounting, engineering or related field; MBA/CPA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project cost analytics and benchmarking across data center builds.
• Own the EAC framework and forecast changes with cross‑functional partners.
• Develop cost intelligence to guide capital deployment decisions.
• Create portfolio‑level cost reporting for leadership and governance.
• Define data sources and reporting architecture for cost analytics.
