Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Director of Financial Analytics to lead cost performance across our data center build portfolio. You will own the cost framework from early estimates through construction and completion, translating data into actionable leadership insights.

You will build a cost intelligence capability, benchmark cost variation, and partner with Construction, Development, Procurement, and project controls to improve capital efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience spanning construction finance, project controls, capital projects accounting, or project finance.
• Experience with budgeting, cost reporting, and draw processes on large capital projects (typically $100M+).
• Knowledge of GC/EPC contracts, change orders, and construction risk allocation.

Responsibilities

• Develop a cost taxonomy and analytics framework for data center builds across multiple sites and geographies.
• Own the EAC framework and monitor committed, incurred, forecasted, and at-risk spend.
• Perform variance analysis to identify drivers of cost changes and opportunities for efficiency.
• Build the cost intelligence capability to influence capital deployment decisions.
• Create portfolio-level cost visibility and standardized leadership reporting.
