Job summary

DISA Global Solutions is seeking a Director, Strategic Business Development to drive growth in data center, hyperscale, colocation, AI infrastructure, and related sectors. You will shape revenue and market-entry strategy, build a scalable commercial practice, and lead cross-functional teams to win high-value opportunities.

You will cultivate executive relationships, manage the sales cycle from discovery to close, and establish repeatable processes that scale across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years in business development or strategic sales.
• 5+ years of leadership developing high-performing sales teams.
• Proven go-to-market and market-entry strategy experience in data center / AI infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue and market-entry strategy for data center and adjacent sectors.
• Identify prospects, access decision-makers, and generate opportunities.
• Originate, develop, and close strategic client opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to align capabilities with client needs.
• Establish repeatable sales processes for scalable growth.
• Monitor pipeline, revenue performance, and market activity.
