Job summary
KBR ISA (Integrated Solutions Americas) is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to lead growth across Power, Data Center, and AI Infrastructure in the Americas. You will develop and execute market strategies across hyperscale, colocation, and energy-integrated data centers, engaging executive stakeholders across developers, utilities, and strategic partners.
The role requires deep understanding of data center campus development and capital project delivery, with reports to the VP,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or related field with 15+ years in energy/infrastructure.
- 15+ years in business development and related fields.
- Proven ability to develop executive-level customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Execute KBR ISA’s Americas Power, Data Center and AI Infrastructure growth strategy.
- Build executive-level relationships with hyperscalers, developers, investors, utilities, and strategic partners.
- Lead opportunities through proposal development, negotiation, and contracting strategies; coordinate with internal teams.
- Travel up to 75% to meet regularly with customers.
