Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions seeks a Vice President, Global Data Centers to lead strategic growth initiatives across hyperscale, colocation, and AI-driven data center markets. The executive will develop global account strategies, build executive relationships, and drive revenue growth across fire detection, suppression, security, and lifecycle services.

You will sponsor major pursuits and collaborate with regional leaders to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in data centers, mission-critical infra, or related industries.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in strategic sales, business development, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the data center growth strategy across hyperscale and enterprise customers.
• Lead the Global Strategic Account Management program with governance and growth planning.
• Direct and develop a high-performing strategic accounts team.
• Build executive-level relationships with data center operators, REITs, and technology providers.
• Drive enterprise-wide sales growth across fire alarm, fire suppression, security, and lifecycle services.
• Establish partnerships with contractors and design firms to expand opportunities.
• Sponsor major pursuits and multi-site customer engagements.
• Identify market opportunities and align offerings with customer needs.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure project success and satisfaction.
• Standardize solutions within customer design standards and vendor programs.
• Represent Sciens at conferences and customer executive forums.
