Job summary

HealthEquity, Inc. is seeking a Director of CX Analytics & Reporting to lead the analytics and enterprise reporting for the Service organization. You will translate business priorities into measurable outcomes, oversee a skilled team, and partner with Data Engineering, Data Governance, and Data Science to scale analytic assets.

You will guide analysts on SQL, Python, Databricks notebooks, and dashboard logic, while driving adoption, quality, and business impact across member experience metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in analytics, data science, computer science, information systems, statistics or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, BI, reporting, data science, CX analytics or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing analytics, BI, reporting, insights, or analytics engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analytics and reporting partner to Service leadership, helping define performance questions and metrics.
• Own the analytics roadmap, balancing priorities, regulatory considerations, and business value.
• Develop scalable analytics, dashboards, scorecards, and enterprise reporting for the Service organization.
• Establish intake, prioritization, and delivery practices focused on high-value work.
• Translate complex analytics into clear business narratives for executives.
• Measure analytics effectiveness through adoption, cycle time, and impact.
