Independence Blue Cross in Philadelphia seeks a Director of Reporting & Analytics to lead operational reporting, analytics, and insight generation, transforming data into executive-ready insights that drive performance, cost containment, and member outcomes. You will guide multiple managers and elevate analytical maturity from reactive reporting to proactive decision support.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in analytics, reporting, BI, or operational performance.
• 5+ years leading managers and/or senior analytical teams.
• Advanced Tableau expertise with strong SQL and data modeling.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders through clear communication.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into compelling business narratives and value cases.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and leading through change in matrixed environments.

• Establish and own the multi-year vision and roadmap for Operations Reporting & Analytics.
• Establish standards for reporting quality, analytical rigor, and insight generation.
• Advance from reactive reporting to proactive issue and opportunity analytics.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating data into business impact.
• Oversee dashboards, KPIs, and analytical products across claims, call center, enrollment, provider, and benefit configuration domains.
• Identify performance risks, root causes, and emerging trends.
• Drive automation and simplification of reporting processes, including variance detection and self-service.
• Partner with business leaders to translate insights into process, system, and policy improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop managers and senior individual contributors.
• Coach and build analytical capability through training and skill development.
