HealthEquity is seeking a Senior Manager, Analytics to build and lead analytics capabilities guiding our marketplace and subscription strategy. You will drive understanding of performance, conversion, retention, and the impact of offers across merchants and members.

You will create dashboards and reports for Product, Growth, Marketing, Design, and executives, translating data into clear recommendations while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of analytics, decision science, BI, or related field.
• Experience supporting a marketplace, ecommerce, or subscription business.
• Experience with experimentation, incrementality, attribution, and causal analysis.
• Strong business judgment and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketplace performance analytics from engagement to revenue.
• Develop dashboards and executive insights.
• Own analytics for subscription and recurring revenue products.
• Measure offers, pricing, and promotions effectiveness.
• Define member segmentation and targeting.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Merchants to drive retention and growth.
