Zusammenfassung

Overjet, a leader in dental AI, seeks a Director of Customer Success (DSO) to build and scale the SMB customer success function, drive retention, adoption, and expansion, and lead a team of SMB Customer Success Managers.

You will shape strategy, manage onboarding, health scoring, and lifecycle engagement, collaborating with sales, product, and marketing to ensure customers realize maximum value from our platform.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in customer success or account management with leadership experience
• Experience managing SMB customer segments and driving retention/expansion
• Ability to develop and execute customer success strategies and onboarding programs
• Strong communication, analytical and collaboration skills

Aufgaben

• Hit retention, churn reduction, and expansion targets for the SMB segment
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing customer success team
• Develop and implement customer success strategies, onboarding, and lifecycle engagement
• Drive post-sale lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion
• Build strong relationships with dental professionals and organizations
• Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to align CS efforts
• Prepare retention forecasts and health score reports for leadership
• Lead quarterly complaint trending and regulatory compliance reviews
