Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience handling budgets over $5M annually.
• Hands-on depth with Veeva CRM and Salesforce in a field-based commercial organization.
• Proven ability to lead, influence across levels and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the live CRM and field’s experience; ensure stability during transition.
• Lead CRM adoption and change management with sales leadership alignment.
• Define adoption metrics and close gaps with leaders; track usage and data quality.
• Manage vendor relationships with Salesforce and partners; oversee performance.
• Coordinate training curricula for representatives, managers, and home office users.
• Lead cutover planning, launch hypercare, and field readiness assessments.
