Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in life sciences, quality, technology, data, engineering, business or related discipline.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/medical device/healthcare regulated environments.
• Strong organization, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state activities and identify inefficiencies; coordinate approved improvements and track adoption.
• Coordinate CRM tools administration and user guidance; support release readiness and communications.
• Plan and facilitate super-user forums; gather feedback and coordinate learning materials.
• Serve as the day-to-day CRM contact for vendors and service providers; track deliverables and risks.
• Coordinate collection and quality review of system, training, governance, and vendor evidence for audits and inspections.
• Administer governance calendars, intake logs, decision records, and portal content.
• Compile operational metrics, service trends, and improvement outcomes for leadership review.
