Responsibilities

• Map current-state activities to identify improvements and monitor adoption.
• Coordinate CRM tools administration, user support, and release readiness.
• Plan and run super-user forums with learning materials and logs.
• Serve as day-to-day CRM contact for vendors, contracts, and invoices.
• Coordinate audit readiness and evidence collection for inspections.
• Administer governance calendars and taxonomy support for CRM content.
• Compile operational metrics and service trends for leadership review.
