Omnicom Media is seeking a Director of Creator Activation to lead and scale influencer programs for a portfolio of clients. You will oversee multiple creator activations, guide associates, and partner with Account teams to drive excellence and innovative activation approaches.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in influencer/creator marketing or related media.
• Experience leading creator programs across multiple clients and platforms.
• Proven ability to manage managers and build high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, paid social, measurement and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational oversight across multiple creator programs and portfolios.
• Ensure activations are consistently high quality and aligned to client objectives.
• Lead activation teams and translate strategies into scalable activation plans.
• Set standards, best practices, and quality control across accounts.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and drive growth opportunities.
