Royal Therapy seeks a Director of Creator & Affiliate Marketing to build and lead a scalable creator-led commerce program. You will own acquisition, activation, content performance, and paid amplification strategies across TikTok Shop and other channels.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing creator, influencer, affiliate, or social-commerce programs for a consumer or DTC brand.
• Hands-on experience with creator acquisition, outreach, activation, and relationship management.
• Experience working with TikTok Shop Affiliate Center, Seller Center, or comparable social-commerce platforms.
• Demonstrated responsibility for measurable creator- or affiliate-attributed revenue.
• Strong understanding of creator performance measurement and ecommerce attribution.
• Experience supervising a small team.
• Player-coach: able to lead while contributing to execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with the U.S. consumer market.

• Develop creator qualification standards based on product fit and performance.

• Track creator performance metrics and revenue attribution.
• Identify high-performing creators and develop repeat relationships.
• Create commissions, incentives, and performance tiers.
• Identify content for paid amplification and scale winning creators.
• Collaborate with paid media on Spark Ads and related formats.
• Develop weekly performance reporting and benchmarks.
• Advise founders on growth priorities and commercial goals.
