Job summary

Odd Bunch is seeking a senior Affiliate & Partnerships leader to own the revenue number for our US market. This fully remote role requires 5–10 years in affiliate, influencer, or partnerships marketing, with strong TikTok Shop fluency and US launch experience.

You will lead the creator roster, drive offline activations, and partner with cross-functional teams to scale acquisition. Expect data-driven storytelling, risk management, and clear leadership narratives for executives.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in affiliate, influencer, or partnerships marketing.
• US launch experience and fluency in TikTok Shop strongly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder communication and data-driven storytelling.
• Proven ability to own a revenue number and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the affiliate and ambassador program revenue end to end.
• Lead the creator roster and offline activations to drive acquisition.
• Provide weekly/bi-weekly data-backed narratives to leadership with clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and partnerships to scale the US market entry.
• Manage partnerships and mitigate concentration risk across top creators.
