Job summary

Allstate Insurance Company is seeking a seasoned executive to lead Corporate Development Strategy, sourcing and executing strategic mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures in a fast-changing insurance market.

You will partner with executive leadership to prioritize opportunities, analyze financial outcomes, and coordinate multi-functional deal teams. A strong background in finance, strategy, and leadership is required, with experience in regulated industries preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or related disciplines.
• Proven track record leading complex transactions from origination through execution and integration.
• Experience developing executive-level recommendations and influencing senior decision makers.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in highly complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic growth opportunities aligned to enterprise objectives.
• Develop and maintain a corporate development pipeline (acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures).
• Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead end-to-end execution of mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
