You will build valuation models, assess transaction economics, and drive integration planning to realize value for the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, or related disciplines.
• Significant experience leading complex transactions from origination through execution and integration.
• Demonstrated ability developing executive-level recommendations and influencing senior decision makers.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in highly complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and execute M&A growth opportunities aligned to Allstate's objectives.
• Lead end-to-end transactions including sourcing, valuation, deal structuring, and integration planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, Legal, Tax, HR, Technology, and business units.
• Develop confident, data-driven senior leadership recommendations and maintain external relationships.
