Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial or transactional contracts management with a focus on construction and risk management.
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a hyperscaler or data center developer/operator environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the contract management process for general contractors and operational services.
• Create and issue RFxs for project services and evaluate supplier bids.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and execute contracts for large-scale data center programs.
• Manage contract renewals, amendments, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contract terms with project objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts and resolve disputes.
