Ladders is seeking a Global Supply Chain Category Manager to lead worldwide sourcing and procurement strategy for mission-critical data center infrastructure projects. This remote role collaborates with design and construction teams to standardize purchasing approaches, strengthen supplier relationships, and keep large-scale programs on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain, procurement, or project management.
• 5+ years in leadership roles.
• 2+ years supporting data center construction and capital equipment procurement.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical system suppliers and integrators.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar CAPEX portfolios.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies for owner-furnished, contractor-installed equipment in global data center projects.
• Plan and manage the procurement lifecycle from sourcing through contract negotiations.
• Standardize procurement processes across regions for scalability and consistency.
• Translate construction needs into long-term procurement plans for key equipment.
• Collaborate with design teams to maintain reference design standards in sourcing.
• Implement best practices to improve supply chain efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Build supplier partnerships to secure resources and manage vendor relationships.
