Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Contracts - Data Center to lead contract management for large-scale data center projects in a fast-paced energy and utilities environment. You will partner with procurement, legal, operations, and project teams to ensure commercial rigor, risk allocation, and timely execution.

Based remotely in the United States, you will standardize processes and agreements to enable efficient delivery, while negotiating EPC and design-build contracts and supporting change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, law, or a related field.
• 5+ years of contract management experience within data center or large-scale construction projects.
• Proven track record in negotiating and administering EPC and design-build contracts.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial risk allocation.
• Proficiency in contract management software like Procore and MS Office.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-value contracts in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle management of RFPs for major project agreements.
• Negotiate complex contract documents to meet key objectives.
• Develop and standardize contract templates for rapid project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and clarity.
• Assist with change orders and dispute resolution to minimize impacts.
• Oversee vendor prequalification and procurement processes.
• Track contract obligations and report on activities to leadership.
