Qualifications

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a hyperscaler or data center developer/operator environment.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Contracts Management to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead contract management efforts supporting large-scale data center infrastructure programs, with a strong focus on commercial terms, risk mitigation, and supplier performance. You will partner closely with project, procurement, and operational teams to structure agreements that support delivery objectives and business continuity. The position will also play a key role in sourcing, negotiations, and contract administration across critical construction and operational services.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $190,000 - $210,000 annually
