Job summary

Qualifications

9+ years of underwriting and/or auto finance experience.
Leadership experience required.
Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
Ability to provide advice and direction in core areas.
Ability to influence strategy and drive results.
Strong project management and technical skills.

Responsibilities

Mentor Consumer Underwriting staff.
Establish annual objectives and monitor ongoing performance.
Address performance concerns and employee issues as appropriate.
Grow Ally's portfolio within the assigned territory and manage dealer opportunities.
Lead a team of Consumer Underwriters to achieve business results.
Collaborate with matrix partners to identify opportunities.
