Ally Financial is seeking a Director, Consumer Banking Marketing Partnerships to connect Marketing and Consumer Banking leadership, aligning priorities and translating initiatives into compelling narratives. You’ll lead across Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Design to enable data-driven decisions and strong business outcomes.

Formación

• 9+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school Diploma or GED equivalent.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical, storytelling, and executive communication capabilities.
• Experience in marketing, consumer banking, investing, or related industries.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary marketing relationship owner for Consumer Banking businesses.
• Build trusted partnerships with senior business leaders to understand priorities.
• Ensure marketing activities align to business goals and provide visibility into priorities.
• Translate business needs into briefs, initiatives, and communications across Marketing.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, Technology, Analytics, Product, Operations, and Design.
• Own executive-level narratives articulating marketing’s contribution to objectives.
• Lead recurring business reviews and executive updates with insights and recommendations.
