Circana is seeking a Director, Consumer & Shopper Client Insights to act as a strategic insights partner for a major ice cream client. Lead adoption of Receipt Panel, translate shopper behavior into decisive actions, and coach teams across brand, marketing and category management to leverage insights effectively.

You will build trusted relationships, shape thought leadership, and drive growth through analytics, storytelling and strategic influence. Hybrid work near Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 6–10+ years of relevant experience in client insights, client management, sales, or related roles within CPG, retail, or syndicated data analytics.
• Familiarity with visualization and analytics tools such as Unify, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Flexibility to be on-site with the client as business needs arise, including quarterly meetings, workshops, and in-person training.

• Drive Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with client goals.
• Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Translate complex data into actionable insights for informed decisions and measurable outcomes.
• Manage the Sales Cycle: Lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
• Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on CPG trends to position Circana as a thought leader.
• Build Strategic Relationships: Develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers across client organizations.
• Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circana’s platforms to support engagements and delivery.
• Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet/exceed sales goals through pipeline management and planning.
• Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by addressing challenges and identifying growth opportunities.
• Advanced Analytic Skills: Demonstrate ability to conceive and deliver fact-based analyses for actionable insights.
