Circana is seeking a Director, Consumer & Shopper Client Insights to serve as a strategic partner to a leading ice cream client across its brand portfolio.

You will accelerate adoption of Circana’s Receipt Panel, translate consumer and shopper behavior into growth, and train teams across brand, marketing and category management to leverage insights. This hybrid role is based near Englewood Cliffs, NJ, with on-site client meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 6–10+ years in client insights, client management, sales, or related roles in CPG/retail.
• Deep understanding of consumer and shopper behavior using household- and shopper-level data.
• Familiarity with visualization tools (Unify, Tableau, Power BI) and MS Office.
• On-site flexibility for client meetings and training as needed.

• Drive client growth by aligning Circana data and software with strategic goals.
• Deliver insight-led solutions translating data into actionable outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain industry expertise in CPG to position Circana as a thought leader.
• Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders across client orgs.
• Utilize Circana’s platforms (Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) for engagements.
• Achieve revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management.
• Champion client success and proactively address challenges.
• Demonstrate advanced analytic skills to provide clear, actionable insights.
