Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Director of Sales for the DEWALT MSUITE to lead the commercial sales strategy and execution. This role manages a team of Business Development and Account Managers, driving new customer acquisition, account expansion, and retention across the DEWALT MSUITE portfolio.

The ideal candidate brings deep B2B SaaS, construction technology, and enterprise selling experience, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering superior customer

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, technology, or related field preferred.
8+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, with significant experience in software/SaaS sales.
3+ years of sales leadership experience managing quota-carrying contributors across BDM and AM.
Proven success leading teams for new business development, account expansion, and retention.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Business Development Managers and Account Managers focused on new business generation, account growth, and retention.
Set and execute the sales strategy for DEWALT MSUITE aligned with overall ConTech commercial goals.
Drive revenue growth through prospecting, strategic account development, expansion sales, and renewals.
