Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Senior Software Product Manager for the DEWALT FAB Web team. This remote role involves collaborating with customers, end-users and stakeholders to define compelling product requirements and a prioritized backlog.

You’ll translate goals into epics, drive releases, and work with development and QA to ensure a successful launch. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in SaaS product management in industrial settings, strong prioritization and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software (SaaS) product management experience
• Able to handle multiple priorities, organize, plan, and meet difficult deadlines
• Experience in problem solving and creative thinking
• Facilitate effective communication between sales, customer success, development, marketing and other teams

Responsabilités

• Gather detailed product requirements from customers, end-users and stakeholders
• Identify gaps and generate ideas to improve customer experience
• Translate goals into epics and user stories with acceptance criteria
• Prioritize user stories by business value, customer impact and feasibility
• Refine and maintain a prioritized product backlog
• Develop release plans to minimize user disruption and maximize value
• Coordinate release scope and necessary documentation
• Collaborate with development and QA to resolve issues pre- and post-launch
