Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Director, Complex Program Management to lead high-stakes, multi-year technology transformations for enterprise clients. You will govern cross-functional delivery teams, manage multimillion-dollar portfolios, and partner with C-suite executives to ensure measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership directing complex technology programs.
• Experience managing program portfolios >$100M total contract value or >$50M annual revenue.
• Leading cross-functional teams (50–200+).
• Advising C-suite executives and boards with strategic roadmaps and risks.
• Experience turning around distressed programs and rebuilding trust.
• Domain experience in regulated industries (FS, Healthcare, Public Sector).
• Orchestrating multi-vendor ecosystems and internal teams across milestones.
• Establishing governance frameworks, master delivery schedules, and dependency management.
• Expertise in contracting, scope management, change control, and pricing negotiations.
• Experience tracking program health with BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Define program vision and governance aligned with client strategy.
• Lead end-to-end service integration across all program actors.
• Drive multi-million-dollar portfolios across geographies with compliance.
• Establish risk governance and mitigation strategies.
• Own program P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization.
• Engage with C-suite, boards, regulators, and partners to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead digital transformation and cultural change at scale.
• Present program performance and strategic recommendations at executive levels.
