Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Director, Complex Program Management to lead multi-year technology transformations for enterprise clients. You will partner with C-suite executives, govern complex delivery ecosystems, and drive measurable business outcomes across global programs.

The role demands extensive experience directing large-scale programs, robust governance, and a proven ability to rebuild trust in distressed projects while managing margins, risk, and stakeholder expectations on behalf of clients

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership directing complex technology programs
• Experience managing multi-year enterprise programs with large budgets
• Proven track record governing complex digital transformations with executive stakeholders
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and governance at the board level
• Orchestrate end-to-end delivery across multi-vendor ecosystems
• Direct multi-disciplinary delivery teams across onshore/nearshore/offshore
• Own program P&L, forecasting, budgeting and cost optimization
