Job summary

Kyndryl seeks a Director, Complex Program Management to lead multi-year technology transformations for enterprise clients, owning program governance, roadmap definition, outcomes, budget oversight and risk management. You will coordinate with clients, executives, and delivery teams to ensure alignment with strategy.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in leadership directing complex tech programs in global IT/enterprise environments.
• Proven track record managing programs with high revenue and margins (> $100M in contract value).
• Experience leading 50–200+ professionals across onshore, nearshore and offshore teams.
• Experience advising C-suite and boards with strategic roadmaps and risk updates.
• Experience turning around distressed programs by realigning scope and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Define program vision and governance aligned to client strategy and board-level updates.
• Lead end-to-end service integration across all program actors, including non-contracted work.
• Drive global transformations with regulatory and contractual compliance.
• Establish risk governance and mitigation strategies.
• Own program P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost optimization.
• Engage stakeholders including C-suite, boards, regulators and partners to drive satisfaction and outcomes.
• Champion digital transformation and scalable change management at enterprise scale.
• Present performance and strategic recommendations at executive meetings.
