Job summary

Kyndryl, Inc. is seeking a Director, Deal Maker – US Strategic Sales to orchestrate AI-driven, application-led transformations for large strategic deals.

You will partner with CxO-level stakeholders to shape opportunities and drive end-to-end deals that deliver measurable business value beyond traditional IT services. You will lead multi-million-dollar engagements, craft differentiated value propositions, and guide cross-functional teams through complex negotiations, pricing strategies, and risk

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience leading complex deal cycles and negotiations.
• Experience leading AI-driven or digital transformation programs, including application modernization.
• Deep expertise in deal shaping and sales execution with a track record of closing large, strategic deals.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen across business operations, AI, data, and applications.
• Proven ability to translate technology capabilities into business strategy and outcomes.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence CxO-level stakeholders.
• Knowledge of market trends in business transformation, AI, and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic deal development for large, complex engagements (> $10M TCV).
• Drive AI-led transformation through AI, data platforms and application modernization.
• Craft outcome-based value propositions tied to measurable client impact.
• Engage senior executives, building trusted relationships with CIOs/CTOs and business leaders.
• Shape end-to-end solutions by collaborating across architecture, consulting, and delivery teams.
• Own commercial strategy including pricing, risk mitigation, and deal structuring.
• Lead proposal and negotiation to contract signature.
• Champion innovation by highlighting agentic AI, automation, and intelligent workflows.
