Associa, a leading property management and community association company, is seeking a Director of Community Growth and Development to lead strategy, revenue growth, and client retention. You will collaborate with sales and operations to define project scopes, review requirements, and set timeframes while building strong relationships with referral sources and key clients.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of related experience, management background, and outstanding communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new and existing referral sources to develop successful referring relationships.
• Actively identify and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies focusing on customers in target markets.
• Aim to achieve revenue goals.
• Maintain good working relationships with existing clients to enhance client retention and drive new sales through referrals and references.
• Other duties as assigned.
